Sky River Casino: In the Brew 32 loading dock area and the Ocean Bar Kitchen, employees were exposed to safety hazards because the exit doors were blocked by speed racks and boxes.

29 CFR  1910.138(a): Employers did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands are exposed to hazards such as severe cuts or lacerations.  Sky River Casino: In the Brew 32 kitchen, the Breakfast Counter, the Ocean Bar kitchen, and the production area, employees were not provided cut-resistant gloves while handling sharp objects, such as when cutting vegetables.

29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where the eyes of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  Brew 32: Employees were exposed to corrosive chemicals with a high pH, such as Grease Cutter Plus, Oasis 115, Peroxide Multi-Surface Cleaner Disinfectant, Ecolab Grease Lift, and Lime-A-Way, while cleaning fryers, grills, oil tanks, countertops, and stains on the ground. The employer provided a Honeywell Eyesaline Wall Station, but one bottle was missing, and no suitable facilities were provided for flushing the eyes.   Dragon Beaux: Employees were exposed to corrosive chemicals with a high pH, such as Grease Cutter Plus, Oasis 115, Peroxide Multi-Surface Cleaner Disinfectant, Ecolab Grease Lift, and Lime-A-Way, while cleaning fryers, grills, oil tanks, countertops, and stains on the ground.
