Crossbraces were used as a means of access.  LOCATION: The worksite at 10 Forest St. On or about 12/31/2024:  The employer exposed their workers to falling hazards when the employer did not provide or require the workers on site to use ladders to access to the upper levels of the scaffolding on site. The workers used the horizontal bars on the passthrough scaffolding sections and the crossbracing to climb.
