29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  a) Commercial construction located at 2300 Henderson Mill Rd, Atlanta, GA 30341, Roof: On or about 01/03/2025, the employer exposed  employees to fall hazards while working on a  low-slope roof with unprotected roof of approximately 10-feet, 3-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while employees were engaged in roofing activities.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a) New residential construction located  at at 2300 Henderson Mill Rd, Atlanta, GA 30341, Roof: On or about 01/03/2025, the employer failed to inspect all electrical extension cords used to provide power to electric tools employees were using, in that a yellow 50-ft. electrical cord was damaged, and exposing the internal insulated energized wires. An inspection of these cords was not performed prior to the shift as these cords were not repaired or removed from service.
