29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6. a) Refrigerant storage in back stockroom - On or about 1/3/25, the liquified compressed gas cylinders storage area does not prominently post the names of the gases to be stored and no smoking signs where appropriate, in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, Section 3.7.1.
