Employee(s) were exposed to fall hazards when roofing a commercial building without using any form of fall protection at a height greater than 25 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about January 4, 2025, employee(s) were engaged in commercial roofing activities at 2211 1st Ave. Plattsmouth, Nebraska. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard when working at height greater than 25 feet without the use of fall protection. Employee(s) were not provided training on fall hazards and how to minimize these hazards as required by this subpart.
