OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees engaged in woodworking operations were exposed to combustible dust explosion, deflagration, and/or other fire hazards from combustible wood dust.  a) 350 South Winding Road DOVER, PA 17315, Cabinet Room - Combustible wood dust was not removed at least daily from indoor enclosureless dust collectors, such as a Central Machinery (Model 45378) and Grizzly Industrial wall mounted (Model G0710), on or about January 7, 2025.  b) 350 South Winding Road DOVER, PA 17315, Facility-Wide - The employer did not provide for effective capture and control of combustible wood dust generated during the operation of woodworking equipment in the Cabinet Room, Sanding Room, and Door Room, on or about January 7, 2025.  The Weir Kitchens Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1705601, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 25, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 350 South Winding Road Dover, PA 17315.
