This electrical equipment was located in a Class II Division I location and, was not intrinsically safe, approved for use in a Class II Division I location, or safe for use in a Class II, Division I location.  b) On or about 01/08/2025, in the Railcar Loadout Area, the sifter starter was missing its cover, leaving energized wires exposed and covered with a hazardous buildup of combustible sugar dust. This electrical equipment was located in a Class II Division I location and, was not intrinsically safe, approved for use in a Class II Division I location, or safe for use in a Class II Division I location.  c) On or about 01/08/2025, throughout the Powerhouse Building, electrical equipment including but not limited to, a sweeper attachment and portable hand-held blower were used to clean the buildup of combustible sugar dust. The electrical equipment was not intrinsically safe, or approved for use in a Class II Division I location, or safe for use in a Class II Division I location.  ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
