29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  On or about January 13, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards on the JBX Crossfolder, Model: JBX1, SN: JBX10114R35 due to:  (a)  The machine guarding had been removed during operation;  (b) The interlock switch was disconnected allowing the folding machine to run while guarding was removed.
