29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling.  a) Back Bar Area: On or about January 14, 2025, employees were exposed to electrical flash, shock, and burn hazards due to three Ground Guard Power Conditioners Model #ABCG152-11 rated for 1.5 amps on their output, being overloaded when powering an Island Oasis Commercial Ice Shaver Blender (6.5 amps),  an Excalibur Food Dehydrator (3.3/5 amps), and a Confee Electric Kettle (12.5 amps), resulting in the equipment not being used in accordance with instructions included in the listing and labeling of the product.
