On or about January 14th, 2025, the employer did not establish a written respiratory protection program with worksite specific procedures for the employee who are required to wear Honey-well tight-fitting half face  respirators when conducting maintenance such as removing dust build up prior to lubrication and repair of bearings, rollers, hose, fittings  and belts.  Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
