N10329, southeast side of maintenance shop floor; On or about January 15, 2025, and dates prior, cylinders containing fuel-gas, oxygen, and inert gas were stored in the same location and the employer did not ensure that the cylinders were grouped by different types of gas, and the groups arranged to take into account the gases contained, in accordance with ACG P-1 1965, sec. 3.3.3.
