OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards.  a) On or about December 27, 2024, at 27845 Shirley Shores Road, Tavares, FL, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 ft 8 in while working atop an Agri-Cart tracking trailer.      b) On or about December 27, 2024, at 27845 Shirley Shores Road, Tavares, FL, exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 ft 8 in while accessing the top an Agri-Cart tracking trailer.
