29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  a) Northlake Mall, suite 2510 located at 4800 Briarcliff Rd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30345, Roof: On or about 1/15/2025, the employer exposed employees to overhead struck-by hazards, in that head protection was not provided while performing crane signaling activities within the swing radius of the crane.   b) Northlake Mall, suite 2510 located at 4800 Briarcliff Rd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30345, Parking deck: On or about 1/15/2025, the employer exposed employees to overhead struck-by hazards, in that head protection was not provided while performing crane picking and rigging operations from a 53-ft. trailer within the swing radius of the crane.
