29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person.  a) Level 4 stair balcony; On or about January 09, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections to recognize and mitigate hazards while an employee installed drywall with no fall protection at height of approximately 34 feet to the ground level.
