29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye.  a) On or about 1/15/2025, Bonna Terra Farm Shop: An employee fell approximately 10 feet while attempting to change a light bulb and was hospitalized for treatment. OSHA was not notified of the hospitalization until 1/16/25.
