29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) Mobile worksites such as assisted living facilities, hospice facilities, and correctional facilities - On or about January 21, 2025, employees were required to wear N95 respirators while conducting chest x-rays, for the purpose of ruling-out active tuberculosis infections amongst suspected patients or inmates, without the benefit of a written respiratory protection program. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
