DBA Circle K store # 2721426; On or about January 12, 2025, the employer failed to report a work-related hospitalization to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours.  Circle K Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1535330, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 2, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2017 W Pensacola St., Tallahassee, FL, 32304.
