29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  On or about 01/22/2025, at 2800 Goodlette-Frank Road North, Naples, Florida, two employees were working from an aerial lift without having their fall personal protection equipment attached to the boom or basket of the equipment while exposed to 10-foot ejection and fall hazards when engaged in the task of replacing lighting.
