An Ingersoll-Rand 2475 air compressor was not equipped with the manufacturer-supplied control box cover, exposing employees to live conductors when operating the "Off/ Auto" switch. b) Compressor Room. The knockout of a junction box used to supply power to an overhead light was only partially opened and was not equipped with a bushing. c) Photo/ detail area. A junction box was not fitted with a cover. Live conductors extended approximately 12 inches out of the box. d) Photo/ detail area. Four knockouts were missing from a lightswitch.
