29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about 01/16/2025, Work Horse Construction had just finished setting trusses and was preparing to attach the gable to the roof of a residential structure located at 2772 Stonehouse Road in De Soto, MO. The foreman and several employees were working at heights approximately 10' to 21' above ground without guardrail systems, a safety net system, a written fall protection plan, or a personal fall arrest system.
