29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o). On or about January 24, 2025 and at times prior, in the south end of the shop employees used an air compressor with an unguarded belt and pulley to increase the air pressure and start a machine.

29 CFR 1910.243(b)(2): Airhose and hose connections used for conducting compressed air to utilization equipment was not designed for the pressure and service to which they were subjected. On or about January 24, 2025 and at times prior, throughout the facility, employees used pneumatic hoses that were equipped with clamps that were not designed to use on, and secure, pnematic hoses and fittings.
