Permanent aisles and passageways shall be appropriately marked.  a) On or about January 22, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that permanent aisles were appropriately marked to separate pedestrian traffic from forklift operations. As a result, employees walking in the aisle were exposed to struck-by hazards from a Yale forklift operating in the same unmarked travel path.
