29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location shall be suitable for the location. a. On or about January 30, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that the outlet receptacle in the meat processing area was suitable for the wet conditions. The condition exposed employees to potential electric shock hazards while performing washing and sanitizing tasks utilizing water hose and sprayer.
