29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work.  a) Driveway: On or about February 5, 2025, employees were exposed to electrical type hazards when working from an aluminum extension ladder that was set-up underneath the live electrical power feed coming into the structure, where an employee removed the gutter downspout from the house, within inches of the live electrical wire.
