Morely St., Moberly, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead hazards while the employees were observed working and walking beneath elevated employees and materials and were not protected from impact by the use of hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2):Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundations: Worksite located at 907 N. Morely Street, Moberly, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the scaffolds being used on the jobsite were not provided with baseplates on top of mudsills in order to prevent a collapse or sinking of the support into the ground.
