OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:   a. On or about February 4, 2025, at the recycling site: the employer exposed employees to crushed-by and struck-by hazards in that employees operating the Toyota 7FGU25 forklift were not required to wear a seat belt or other means of restraint.

At 1164 East Macclenny Avenue MacClenny, Florida, ion the shop area.  On or about February 4, 2025 :  The employer exposed an employee to an amputation and laceration hazard in the the DeWalt Deep Cut portable band saw blade and pulleys were not guarded.
