29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  On or about February 6, 2025, the employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program prior to employees utilizing 3M? Reusable Half Mask Respirator 6000 Series. Employees were potentially exposed to respiratory hazards from exposure to harmful airborne contaminants during cannabis extraction.

Reusable Half Mask Respirator 6000 Series respirators. Employees were not protected from potential health hazards associated with cannabis extraction.
