29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On February 10, 2025, at #60 Raphael Rd, Smyrna, De 19971- Employees were working on an elevated platform approximately 16 feet above lower levels without fall protection. CSHO observed employees standing on a platform suspended between two aluminum extendable ladders with no fall protection of methods to protect employees for exposure to a fall hazard. the employees were observed walking sitting and moving around on the platform while the competent person directed the work from the ground.
