29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) New commercial structure located at 2359 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, Front of building: On or about 02/10/2025, the employer exposed an employee to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 11 feet, 8 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to employees using an aerial lift engaged in sheathing activities.
