29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) On or about 02/12/2025 in the shipping area; where a standard duty, metal electrical receptacle box was used at the end of a pendant drop cord to provide power to the banding machine. The box was not secured in place       as required by the National Electrical Code and the listing and labeling.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  a) On or about 02/12/2025 in the CNC area; where an extension cord was used in place of fixed wiring near the Haas CNC (asset #M130) to energize test equipment and a battery charger.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
