Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  Jobsite: 1701 Market St, PHILADELPHIA, PA - On or about 2/10/2025, the employer did not ensure employees exposed to fall hazards while conducting roofing activities from the roof of an 18 story building were protected from falling by the use of a fall protection system.  a) While conducting patchwork activities on the surface of the elevated structure on the north side of the main roof, within one foot from the open and unprotected edges, approximately 8-9 feet above the main roof.  b) While traversing a path on the north side of the main roof that is approximately 10 feet from the open and unprotected edges of the main roof, approximately 18 stories above the ground level.
