Instance 1 - Employees were working at a cut station on the back portion of the house were exposed to falls of approximately 11 feet 6 inches while working on the back deck area between the bedrooms. Instance 2 - Employees were working and transiting between the area connecting the second story bedroom to the second story of the garage were exposed to falls of approximately 11 feet 6 inches while working.
