29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun: a) On the roof of a newly constructed residential home, located at 66 Woodbury Lane, Lot 649, Pooler, GA, on or about February 12, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the use of eye protection was not enforced for an employee using a pneumatic nail gun while performing framing activities.
