29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) New hotel construction located at 3753 Mundy Mill Road Oakwood, GA 30566, Front side: On or about 02/18/2025, the employer exposed employees to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 52-feet to the lower ground level while working from a JLG Aerial Lift, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to employees engaged in Hardie Board installation activities.
