29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) Kaplan's New Model Bakery Inc located at 901 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123- On or about February 18, 2025 the employer did not ensure lockout/tagout procedures were developed and documented while an employee was engaged in cleaning/sanitizing a dough mixer .  An employee cleaned/sanitized the dough mixer without a lockout/tagout procedure, thereby exposing the employee to amputation and entanglement hazards.
