Employees used corrosive chemicals, including, but not limited to Virex II 256.

Employees used corrosive chemicals, including, but not limited to Virex II 256.

Electrical equipment was "daisy chained" together, with the television monitor's cord running through a hole in the wall into an adjacent office, plugged into an extension cord, which was plugged into a mounted relocatable power tap (power strip) along with other equipment that had zip-tied power cords.
