29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  On or about February 19, 2025, on the west side of the jobsite, an employee was assisting in the installation of roofing materials while utilizing an aerial lift (Mec Boom 45 J) without adequate fall protection, by not being anchored in the lift, approximately fourteen (14) ft. above ground.
