29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 1549 Asbury Ave, Ocean City, NJ: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately fifteen feet to the ground below.  Two employees were off loading sheathing from a DIECI Telehandler license plate #49 KT. The employees were working in close proximity and leaning over the edge while not wearing any fall protection. Observed on or about 02/21/25.  b) 1549 Asbury Ave, Ocean City, NJ: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty five feet to the ground below. Two employee were installing sheathing on the residential structure's roof. Both employees were not protected from falls by a personal fall protection or any other means. Observed  on or about 03/03/25.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
