On or about February 24, 2025; employees utilized hammer and nails without adequate eye protection while performing roofing work.  Jose Del Carmen Martinez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1613008, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01-12-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 14914 Miami #3 Lubbock, TX 79401.
