29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started. Location: 264 Bodwell Street Avon, MA On February 24, 2025, an employee was exposed to an electrical shock of up to 15k volts while working from a mini aerial boom lift installing a security camera. The lift was setup within 10 feet of the powerline , it was inside of the danger zone of the powerline, and as the employee was descending the basket made contact with the powerline.
