The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program to ensure having safety data sheets for products used and/or handled by employees during the following operations: a. At the pool/pump area. Employees use and handle corrosive products such as Merlin Chemicals chlorine tablets (Dichloroisocyanuric acid salts) during pool maintenance operations. b. At the laundry area. Employees use Spartan laundry products such as Clothesline fresh laundry detergent (C12-16 Alcohols Ethoxylated 7EO); Clothesline fresh fabric softener (Quaternium-27); and Clothesline fresh chlorine bleach (Sodium Hypochlorite and Sodium Hydroxide) during laundry operations. c. At the entrance of the laundry area. Employees walk and work near a 500-gallon propane (LPG) tank used to provide fuel to the laundry equipment.
