29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a) New townhome structure located on Lot #13 at 2  Rock Way, Tucker, GA 30084, Third floor: On or about 02/26/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating circular saws and pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while cutting and installing siding material.  b) New townhome structure located on Lot #14 at 4  Rock Way, Tucker, GA 30084, Second floor: On or about 02/26/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating circular saws and pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while cutting and installing siding material.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) New townhome structure located on Lot #13 at 2  Rock Way, Tucker, GA 30084,Second level top plate: On or about 02/26/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 21-feet 5-inches to the lower ground below and approximately 10-feet to the inside second floor structure., in that an adequate fall protection system was not utilized while working from the third-story area.  b) New townhome structure located on Lot #14 at 4  Rock Way, Tucker, GA 30084, Second level: On or about 02/26/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately  11-feet 2-inches to the lower ground level ., in that an adequate fall protection system was not utilized while working from the second-story area.
