Employees were required to wear respiratory protection while conducting restoration and cleanup services.

29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: (a) SERVPRO of the Windsors; On or about February 26, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to potential negative health effects from wearing a half-face and full-face tight-fitting respirators when the employer did not ensure that all employees who were required to wear respirators while conducting normal job operations were medically evaluated prior to use of the respirator.
