29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  (a) On or about February 26, 2025, at the jobsite located at 4036 Spring Street, Pinson, AL; employees were exposed to potential eye injuries from generated flying debris due to the employer not ensuring employees operating hand-powered drills wore eye protection while conducting roofing activities.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
