29 CFR  1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end.  a) On or about February 27, 2025, on the southeast  side of the building, where an employee was installing waterproof material at a height greater than 10 feet from a pump jack scaffold where the end of the scaffold planking extended greater than 18 inches from the end of the scaffold without a guard rail system.
