OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards:  a.) Main Building Dry Goods and Cold Goods Area - On or about February 27, 2025, employees are exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards where industrial storage racks were visibly damaged with bent and twisted beams and columns, and damaged or missing anchor bolts in locations included, but are not limited to:  Aisle 4 End Rack - damaged vertical leg support. Aisle 8 - twisted anchor foot and anchor bolt. Main Aisle- bent inward cross beam. Main Aisle - missing anchor bolt sheared Area 34B03 - bent vertical leg support  Area 35B31- bent vertical column Cold Area near pedestrian walkway - steel grate damaged   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
