29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)E & O Remodeling, L.L.C. at 1401 North Alinia Avenue, Tea, SD 57064: On or about and at times prior to February 25, 2025, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards while conducting roofing activities on a single-family residential twin home. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazards greater than six feet.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  (a)E & O Remodeling, L.L.C. at 1401 North Alinia Avenue, Tea, SD 57064:  On or about and at times prior to February 25, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in roofing activities were trained to recognize the hazards of working at elevation and trained in the use of fall protection systems prior to conducting roofing work on a residential property.  This condition exposed employees to a fall hazards greater than six feet.

This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
