29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) On February 28, 2025, and times prior, employees using a pneumatic nail gun to install framing material were not wearing eye protection. 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  (a) On February 28, 2025, employees working on the roof of a new single-family building were using an extension ladder to access and exit the roof. The ladder extended past the access point by approximately 1 foot.   Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) On February 28, 2025, employees were exposed to falls between 10 and 19.5 feet to the ground below while performing framing activities.   Huitron-ES Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1729605, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 1, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 8000 Block W. Fern St. Eagle, ID 83616.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
