29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):  Employees were permitted to work in close proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:  On or about February 26, 2025 and times prior thereto, inside building # 2, employees were dismantling and disconnecting equipment next to energized 480 volt live bus bar without being protected against electric shock.

29 CFR  1926.416(a)(3):The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take.   On or about February 26, 2025 and times prior thereto, inside building # 2, employees were dismantling and disconnecting equipment next to energized 480 volt live bus bar without prior hazard analysis, warning signs, and communication of safe work procedures.
