29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) Residential construction located in the Brook Glen Heights Subdivision on Glen Opal Dr., Decatur, GA 30030, Top plate: On or about 03/03/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 25 feet from the top plate to the ground level, in that a personal fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.  b) Residential construction located in the Brook Glen Heights Subdivision on Glen Opal Dr., Decatur, GA, Edge of first floor ceiling: On or about 03/03/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 11-feet-4 inch from the unprotected edge to the lower ground level, in that a personal fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.
